Ellio's Pizza Oven Directions

Pizza

The classic Ellio's pizza may be prepared only in a conventional or toaster oven. In each instance, the baking temperature is 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 °C), with the pizza baking either directly on the rack for about 9–12 minutes, or on a baking sheet for 14–16 minutes (not more than 14 minutes in a toaster oven).

Ellios Frozen Pizza Cooking Directions

  • Conventional Oven: Pre-heat to 425 degrees F. To enjoy a crispy crust, put pizza directly on oven rack. Bake for 11-12 minutes or until cheese has melted. If you prefer a softer crust, place pizza on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake 13-14 minutes. Toaster Oven: Pre-heat to 425 degrees F. To enjoy a crispy crust, put pizza directly on oven rack.
  • The only drawback is that this quick cooking browns the crust poorly. The best solution is to place your pizza stone on an upper rack and preheat it under the broiler for 20 minutes before baking your pizza at its regular temperature. The hot stone simulates the pizza oven's deck, browning and crisping the crust.
  • Ellio’s Sicilian Style Pizza combines the taste of Ellio's classic sauce and 33% more cheese with a delicious, thicker crust that is both crispy and crunchy on the outside, and deliciously light on the inside. Sicilian style five cheese.
  • First, adjust the cooking temperature to 400°F and leave it for about 3 minutes to preheat. Pull out the pizza pan from the air fryer and spray with the cooking oil. This is to make sure the pizza doesn’t stick to the pan. Load the frozen pizza onto the pan and return the pan into the air fryer.
